ankle problems
I'm an avid road and mountain biker about 100 miles/week.
My problem is my left ankle over life and many injuries (going over on it while hiking) falls quite abit in towards the crank arm. This adds up to very tight I.T band in left leg as well as hip tightness. I've tried very expensive orthotics, as well as cycling footbeds (sole) they help a bit but I was wondering if anyone has info about surgery to correct the problem what kind of a doctor etc.
Thanks

Where are you located? If in SoCal then check out SCOI. Even if you are not in SoCal they could answer your questions for you.
