In the process of purchasing another bike

Main purpose of my bike is transportation, hauling, and communting. I average 4 miles daily on brick and surface roads, and on weekends 8 to 10 miles off-road bicycle. I also always haul a trailer on the bacd to k with my kid. And so it will need to be sturdy enough to handle 60 pounds of weight or more. I need a comfortable seat, straight handle bars, gears that an handle steep hills, and off road grass/mud/rocky inclines and a good rate of turning the pedal motion into movement. Looking for something under 800.00. If anybody has any suggestions it would be greas t. I am currently using a Miyata, and a guy's trek bike
