Bikes: 2005 Fuji Ace

Serial Number Location

I bought a Fuji Ace from my LBS. Did not recieve an owners manual or anything. No problem I thought. They sad I had 2 years free service. No problem. Now my LBS has filed bankruptcy and cleared out without notice. Not even a sign on the window. I have another shop I can take my bike to for service (not free but I like the shop). The problem is, I want to register my bicycle with Fuji and one of those theft recovery things and they want a serial number. Fuji's website says see owners manual. I don't have one. I assume it's on the frame somewhere but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Look on the bottom of the BB shell. That's a common location. Otherwise, call a fuji dealer and ask them.

Next time you buy a new bike, be sure you get the owners manual.

Thanks ... found it. As for the owners manual ... I've actually never purchased a bike before this one...last one I had was over 20 years ago and was a gift. I honestly didn't know there was one until I went to register it on the Fuji website. It only takes one time to screw up... I know now. Thanks.
