Lance Article
Say what you will about Lance as a cyclist,
that he doesn't ride a full season, that he is
arrogant, angry etc., but read this for a look
at the other Lance Armstrong, Cancer survivor
and hero to a kid with cancer.
Lance & Alex
Kind of neat when you think about it.

I read the article and glad I did. Thank you for posting it. I have followed LA's challenges over the years.
Although, I haven't had "C", I know some who have and, I am a diabetic. I can understand the mental strength and determination needed to overcome a debilitating ailiment and finding the mental strength out weights everything else. LA is an inspiration to many that question how a strong will, attitude and and just plain old guts can change one's life forever... By openly sharing and overcoming his ailiment, he's elevated himself to "winner" like no other!
On the other side, we all know that when you're at the top of your game, there are many wantabees and jealous dogs that target winners like LA with all types of negative press. They're dogs of a lower order... They're NOT worthy of world class status and their behavior illustrates that.

From article - "So Alex began to get real excited - he had officially been summoned to Lance's hotel suite! Sweet! "
Sweet indeed!
Thanks, lotek

Great read!!! Thank you for posting it. I think Lance is great. He is the best tour cyclist in the world and will re-write the TDF recordbooks. And he always says he wants to be remembered as a cancer survivor first, a cyclist 2nd.
Later and get well and race hard Alex!
