I just surfed over to onguardlocks.com. As of 12-30-2005, the domain is awaiting registration by Network Solutions. Anyone know what's going on down at OnGuard?

Ok, they changed it then. Strange how there was close to no effort to inform people of the change. I'm sure it used to be onguardlocks.com.
