I'm shocked. This thread's been open 22 hours and you've only gotten 6 responses? Last time someone posted about leg shaving it became a huge flame war.

My personal opinion? Do whatever makes you feel good. I don't care one iota whether you shave your legs.

"Shave 'em or save 'em?"

Do both! Shav'em and collect all the clippings and save'em. Eventually you'll have enough to knit a sweater...

+1 for shaving.
Show off what you've worked hard for.

Just keep in mind, once you shave 'em, it's hard to go back. From a practical sense, they itch like crazy when the hair starts coming back. From the looks, it's hard to watch the forest overtake a nicely sculpted leg. And then, the wife starts saying, don't let your leg hair grow back (who'd of ever thought).

Good luck with your decision.

If you decide to shave an area that has a full growth of hair, it's helpful to buzz over it with electric clippers first.

Weed wackers don't work very well for this.
