Scott bicycle question

Scott bicycle question
Anyone know anything about a Scott Catilina? It has nexus 4 speed gearing.roller cam brakes front and rear...I was just curious of the country of origin and what year-years they were made and what the new cost was---thanks in advance---JJ

Try posting this in the classic bike forum. A quick search found a 2001 Scott Catalina cruiser type bike on roadbikereview. Could not tell if they were quoting $89 or over $450.

These were made for the euro market before Scott restablished Scott USA I beleive.
And Merlin, its the "2001 and older" catagory so it could well be ten years older than that (although I doubt it)
I had a nice Scott mtb around '94 or so. This seems like a hi-ten framed city cruiser though, and I dont remember anything like that from back then.
