Plan now to visit then. Why not aim to be in Hobart on the 9th when we ride in for our big finish? If you have your bike we can go riding on the Friday, the 10th.

I'll see how I go. I've got some professional studies that I have to undertake for my job this year, so those might get in the way. If I'm clear at that time, I'll be there!

Two resolutions:
1) Read the appropriate chapters in Barnett's before doing bike maintenance, instead of after so I can see how to do it, instead of how I should have done it.
2) I have a really sick uncle on the other side of the continent. He has no family out there, just some good friends. I have resolved to do a better job of staying in touch this year.

I resolve to watch the words I speak. I resolve to be kind. I resolve to love my neighbor and to help others if I can. I resolve to make good use of time and not waste it carelessly. I resolve to call my Mom and Dad, my brother and sister. I resolve to love my children more fervently.
I resolve to be joyful in this great opportunity I've been given, life!

Resolutions, goals, aspirations, dreams, desires...and the story goes on!
Many don't see value in them;
Most are afraid to make them;
Others keep making them, without regard :sleep: for subtle negative images, which feeds other attempts at personal satisfaction. Oh Boy!!!! isn't this a fun merry-go-round... NOT! Yet, a few of us work very hard at reaching little ones, and relish the accumulation of values found in challenging the threat of fears of failure. :thumbsup:
this bad habit. Make little resolutions you're able to keep, making your personal feed back an erector set, supporting a better attitude.
I am putting my soapy box back into the closet,
until next time I see a door or cracked window...... Happy & Healthy New Year to all.
PS.. my resolutions are:
Be a wiser father
See more smiles on the faces of those I come in contact with
To help those I can and attempt to support those I can't.
Do a 50mile hard ride...

As hopeless as it seems (I've failed so often), but I resolve to get my bodyweight below 167 lbs. 167 = the weight I would need to get my BMI at the maximum recommended 25.
I weigh 189 after excess Xmas joy.
So all it will take is riding, rowing, lifting, walking, and pushing away from the table. And that last part is the hardest.
