Anything by Nightwish really. Some good ones Planet Hell, Ghost Love Score, Wishmaster. Then there is standard Marylin Manson, Rob Zombie, Ramstein.

Anything by In Flames would be a kick ass soundtrack for a biking video. (and what I've been listening to while riding) Their last two albums Soundtrack to Your Escape and Come Clarity are both incredible.

Flight of the Valkyries, the soundtrack to Conan the Barbarian is fantastic.

I second the nomination for anything from the first matrix soundtrack... the track list is as follows:
1. Rock Is Dead - Marilyn Manson
2. Spybreak - Propellerheads
3. Bad Blood - Ministry
4. Clubbed To Death (Kurayamino Mix) - Rob D
5. Prime Audio Soup - Meat Beat Manifesto
6. Leave You Far Behind - Lunatic Calm
7. Mindfields - Prodigy
8. Dragula (Hot Rod Herman Remix) - Rob Zombie
9. My Own Summer (Shove It) - Deftones
10. Ultrasonic Sound - Hive
11. Look To Your Orb For the Warning - Monster Magnet
12. Du Hast - Rammstein
13. Wake Up - Rage Against The Machine

Two fast paced Rockabilly instrumentals
Big Sky - Reverend Horton Heat
Pride of San Jacinto - Reverend Horton Heat
and non instrumentals
"Reach for the Sky" - Social Distortion
"Sick Boy" - Social Distortion
"Switchblade 357" - Brian Setzer
And for a wipe out reel use "Bad Luck" by Social Distortion.
