That is a very cool thing - I like my legs - but for many people, that is a great gismo. The price is pretty reasonable too - about 400 dollars.

from the pic im guessing it gives off mosquito fumes when you ride so they dont eat you alive?

It's essentially a wheel with a gas engine inside. Pretty clever. Supposed to do 20 mph max on flats. Since you can also pedal, I don't know if you can exceed 20 mph on flats by adding your own power to it.

it would have been nice to have specs on the capacity of the "fuel bottle"

Other than that, it looks pretty cool.

I could see someone putting this on a touring bike, and hooking up a 1-gal tank to it via the front rack.
