You think it's bad for guys? Try finding a women's jersey that isn't boring or has flowers on it. There's Primal Wear, and... yeah.

And Primal Wear doesn't make the Blues Brothers or the AC/DC "For Those About To Rock" cannon jersey in chick's tailoring, either.

Ibex usually has a couple wool cycling jerseys in their outlet for very reasonable prices. Ibex wool is very soft stuff and a joy to wear.

THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU FOR SAYING IT!!! I've felt almost shame that I didn't like 99.9% of jersey designs I've seen. Like, maybe I'm not enough of a biking enthusiast if I can't appreciate one of these design-disasters they call a jersey! But now I know I'm not alone!

I mean, if these things were T-Shirts you'd never buy one and where it in your regular wardrobe rotation. Why can't typical fashion design aesthetic be applied to a form-fitting sweat-sucking fabric?

This thread would be much more interesting if posters would include links to what they call good jersey designs.

I did.

www.bicycle-gifts.com/colljers/ap41.htm

I'd buy one if I didn't find wearing $8 alertshirts to offer far more value and practicality for cycling in traffic.

Yeah, that sucks. Flowers are no good for chicks on surly bikes.

It's a male conspiracy, we want you to ride topless.

I have to agree, most jerseys just don't look great. I like the simple looking LOOK jerseys, campy isn't bad either. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a discovery jersey.
