Sizing mustache bars?

Nashbar has their mustache bars in 52 and 56 cm sizes... how do I know which would fit me better? What part of my body do I measure?

And, to forestall some of the obnoxious comments... I already checked, they don't have a 200-cm version, so that can't be the right body part to measure.

i'd say unless you're really broad shouldered go with the 52. before you go for the nashbars, check out the nittos. they're slightly different and probably better quality. rivendell sells em, but just type in nitto moustache on ebay and you'll see em.

My shoulders, "center to center" appear to be roughly 18"... 45 cm... edge to edge more like 20", 51cm...

Of course those aren't high-precision measurements... me with a tape measure . But still, it does sound like the 52cm ones are probably the correct size.

The nashbar ones are $25, the nittos seem to be more than that normally... I only found one on ebay for less, and it's unlikely I'll get it (still a day left). Since I really don't know how much I'm going to like 'em I don't feel like spending much on 'em.
