Seems ok but i think the camcorder your attaching it to will really make the diffrence in film quality.

^ Linky no workie! Doesn't bring up a product page, it just goes to the language selection page.

Besides, which product were you going to show? I hope it isn't that stupid Samsung blue/black mini camcorder. I had one and it works like crap. Video quality sucks, not enough memory to record and the battery lasts like 1/2 hour at most.

Terrible product for the price.

Yea assuming its a decent device you attach it too I think it should be fine. The camera N_C recommends though is no good as the recordings are very poor quality similar to a mobile phone video as far as I'm aware. The 4kam is used by some TV channel according to the website so I think I'll give that a go as that should be good quality.

Wouldn't the lens specs/quality make more difference than the camcorder, since the camera would basically only be acting as a storage device? I'm not sure.

yah but alot of big box stores are stocking really crapy digi cam corders. That Pencam looks to be ok but he needs to make sure he gets a good camcorder to plug it into or the vid will still be crap.

www.pedalmasher.com check out the part of his site that goes over the equipment he uses to make his videos.

N_C's recomendation will not yeild quality video in the world of AV you do get what you pay for usually.
