Good job Kyle. I did back to back 75 milers Saturday and Sunday. Rolling hills to flat Mississippi Delta country. It was a great weekend. 8 hours total riding time.

Mine was only 40 miles today, but I stretched it out, taking amost 4 hours to do it, including stops. It was the first sunny day here in weeks, so I decided to take it slow and easy in an attempt to restore my tan.

It's amazing the stuff you see on the same old route when going slow and stopping whenever there's something interesting.

Followed it up with a nice nap and I feel better than I have in weeks!

I did a nice 57 today. Lots of city riding, lots of hills, so not overly fast. But I passed a bunch of people on the hills and got to spend 10 minutes talking with a guy on 5.9 Madone who used to ride for Motorola.

(and yes, he was fast enough to back it up...)

Today I rode 103 miles on some nice quite country roads. A nice change from the urban riding I usually do.

i rode 42 miles, in 2.75 hours... through rock creek park in Washington, DC and down the capitol crescent trail, which unfortunately was crowded with people who didn't know how to control their bikes or control the kids/dogs. I made it out alive
