doping questionnaire

Hi,
My name is David Stevenson and I am looking for cyclists who regularly compete to take part in a questionnaire. The questionnaire is to gather research for an assignment for my college course. The course is HND Sports Coaching with Sports Development and I will be conducting an investigation into the use of performance enhancing drugs within cycling.
The questionnaire will be e-mailed to anybody willing to assist by completing it. The results of this research will be added to the assignment as an appendix; however any information that you give in your personal details or your answers will be completely confidential and your name or club will NOT be shown.

If you are interested, then you can contact me at my e-mail address
D_S_83@yahoo.com.
Thanks david.

I would just like to add that this is not too in-depth. It is just a short survey to find out cyclists' opinions in order to help with my investigation for my college course. Any help that anyone can give me would be appreciated.
