The commuter forum has an excellent spreadsheet of dozens upon dozens of lights in every price range and quality.

I think this is the company we know as "Planet Bike" in the US: https://www.wiggle.co.uk/Default.aspx...Rear&Cat=cycle

If it's the same as the Planet Bike Alias, it'll have a smartcharger (no worries about overcharging) and can fit both standard-sized and oversized handlebars.
