It really isn't that simple unfortunately.
Sora - okay
Tiagra - Better
105 - Very good and considered best value
Ultegra - Very good(marginally better than 105) but lighter than 105
Dura Ace - Very good(marginally better than Ultegra...maybe) but even lighter than Ultegra perhaps not as durable.
