What is a "community?"

Community (ke-myoo' ne-te) 1. a. A group of people living in the same locality and under the same government. b. The district of locality in which they live. 2. A social group or class having common interests.

Is Bikeforums is a "community?"

I guess we've got to be a social group then. Whilst there are plenty of techies I don't think we can assume that we're all the same class.

Although thinking about it do Joe et al qualify as "government" ?

Pete,
I would give that an unqualified YES.
And its a very good community at that.

Haven't seen you posting much lately where ya
been? In any event, its good to have you posting
again.
Speaking of Community, whatever happened
to LittleBigMan (he lived in Atlanta too, didn't he?)
