Separate padding insert for shorts?

The excellent chamois padding insert that shorts and bibshorts have.

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy these seperate, and, if so, where from?

Cheers

Stew

If you buy the Ralph Lauren RLX long pants, they do not have the insert. The shorts do have them though.

performancebike.com has padded lycra liners called the solstice (sp?). I use them sometimes under my regular lycra for extra padding during endurance races. they should work well under other normal short outer layers.
