Cyclocomputer Specific Need: offset mount, simple

I am looking for a very basic 'cyclocomputer' to replace my broken one, which met all the wants and wishes below. It was a $9.99 SuperGo C-12 purchased before they went away.

What I want:
-Wheel circumference set with 4 digit accuracy (vs. 3 or presets only which some have)
-Offset mount so it is centered over stem
-Front wheel sensor mount
-No cadence needed
-Wired
-Auto start/stop
-Clock

Bonus:
-Temperature
-Inexpensive

I've scanned nashbar and performance and can't seem to find

Bikes: Cannondale R500, Motobecane Messenger

A Cateye Strada had a mounting bracket that can be used on the bars or the stem for a center mount. It also meets all your requirement, but doesn't meet the temperature and retails around US$25

Planet Bike Protege (8.0 or 9.0, can't remember) has everything short of the offset mount...

This one caught my eye for the reasons you state. Without the offset I'd need to make adjustments to other bar accessories and I don't want to add an extender bar.

The Trek Incite 9i also has a mount that attaches to either the handlebars or the stem. It also has a temperature gauge, 4-digit wheel circumference entry, & is wired. I've got one on my MTB.

I also have a Strada on my single-speed, which I also like, although it's confusing to set up.

On quick glance this one seems to fit the request perfectly!

(its for my fixed gear hence not wanting/needing cadence)
