I know...its been done before

The shop asked me if I would build something to ride in the 4th of July parade. They really should have asked a little sooner, so I would have more build time. So I could come up with something that hasent been done before. It still needs work.....brakes would be a good thing

hmmm... my thesis(in design) looked very much like that, except with hammoc type seats...

It was suppose to be an orig. design, i guess someone beat me to it...

Hmmm....you might be onto the next big thing. Most Americans are couch potatoes that know they need to exercise. I think if you can add a handle bar TV set you could make millions before the end of the year.

Then you can make even more in after market accessories such as rear fridge pannier, remote control, bottle opener, and of course a patented bathroom in a bottle.

Isn't it illegal to watch TV while driving? it is a 4wheeled vehicle... (don't drink and drive)

OK your on to me... I plan on mounting tables over the front wheels, so they will turn with the front wheels. I'm going to place a small TV set that I hope to have powerd with a battery and inverter under the seat. The couch is an old sleeper. I removed the sleeper frame to make it lighter. And I ended up with a big storage aera under the seats, maybe a direct tv dish.... I will post more photos when its done.

Wow! I guess that is what one would call a comfort bike! I bet the recumbent people are green with envy!

Hmmm seat belts.... That would be funny. Trust me the recumbent people do not envy this bike, its heavy and compared to any of my recumbents not very comfortable. The seat is 3/4" ply wood with the old seat cusions over it, and the seats are hot. I think after the parade the seats will have a "funk" growing in them.

If I could get one of those at the LBS I could probably get my wife to ride...er...sit and pedal.

Hmmm... can you add a kick-@ss stereo system, with subwoofers and surround sound while you're at it?

It could always double as your luuuuuuv-mobile!
