Ball Crushing
I recently adjusted the seat on my mtb to make it higher but now my balls ache...the pressure crushes my balls when im riding. I can really feel it after 2 mins. I ride trails..and roads...that's why I posted here.

I would make sure when you are on your saddle, your legs aren't completely extended and your hips aren't rocking side to side when pedaling. If the bend in your leg is sufficient, I would tilt the front part of the saddle just a tad.

Try a set of the new Ceramics. I hear they're harder. 2nd choice would be one of these.

Check your saddle height. Perhaps you raised it too far. You could also adjust the nose of the saddle a degree or two lower. Whatever forces you to sit on your sit bones and not the family jewels. A saddle with a cutout may help as well.

the thing is now my legs feel pretty good when riding but I think it might be good to lower it a little.
Plus my legs fully extend it feels good...but sometimes my back hurts(which it did sometimes when the seat was low too) but now it hurts alot more so I think I will lower the seat just a tad...and relieve my balls.
Another funny thing...is that now that my balls hurt when im riding the bones in my butt dont hurt anymore.

The bones in your butt are your sit bones. That is what is SUPPOSED to support you, not the tender parts. Your bones will get used to it after a while. Your legs should not be extended all the way, that is what might be making you hurt. You should have a slight bend in your legs when the pedal is at six o'clock and the ball of your foot is on the pedal. I believe that if you look down at your foot your knee should just about cover the view of your toe.
