Is this a fair price?
A 2005 orbea Onix frame, carbon fork, FSA headset, and mega exo BB for $600? Rode one season, minor dings and nicks, but nothing major. I had this offer made to me by a friend, but is it a good deal or should I keep looking?

Sounds like a good deal to me. What is that, 1/4 of the price new?

That's an ultegra-equipped bike, right? I'd say that's a good deal, as long as it's in good shape.
If any of the dings or nicks are on carbon, you might want to have a shop you trust have a look at the bike first.

That is only for the frame, fork, headset, and bottom bracket only. No components included. The bike itself can come with pretty much whichever groupset you prefer.

No deal in my opinion. Add up the cost of the remaining components and wheels and you'll find it's more than a new bike. Ultegra brake levers/shifters are $250 all by themseleves. Plus you may need to pay a LBS $150 to put it all together.
