I'm not so sure. I'm still trying (largely in vain) to catch up on all that sleep I missed last summer.

I did yesterday. Big mistake.
Even though the weather was gorgeous and the spirit was willing, the flesh was weak.
I had to stop twice for a short rest during my (almost) daily 26 mile ride.

Every so often, I get vain and think I can outride the fatigue. The last time I tried that, I just struggled for a simple ride in the cold, during a time when I wasn't prepared for the cold and fog that suddenly descended on the city. The ride ended up taking twice as long as it should have, and I was shocked. I ended my ride at the halfway point and went to Starbucks and had a hot chocolate, then straight home to bed.
