Bikes: '02 Giant OCR3 and an '02 Giant Rincon - yeah, I know!
On an average day I'll check in twice or so - basically when I have nothing to do. So on those long, rainy, boring days I'm on almost constantly, hunting for new posts (I gotta get a life!).

If I am at work...10 to 20 times a day (as I get called away). I tend to be able to multitask well so I can be coding and still do the odd post.
If I am at home maybe 3 times a day in the morning before my ride.

MODERATE.
(gee this is a great excuse, wonder if my boss will buy it?)
all joking aside, even without moderating I'd be here
5+ times a day.

I assume the author of the poll meant, "How many times PER DAY ... ?"

I only go once to these forums per day, sometimes I may miss a day. But between work, family and biking I don't have time to go back more, and the only time I do make it here is late at night after 11pm usually.
