The irony of the Caddy brand is that the people who drive cadillac's are probably the least likely to actually bicycle. It's up there with hummer mountain bikes. People around here with hummers drive to the mailbox cluster 2 houses away.

I love the hater
I case your reading is bad, let me help you. I love that I even got a negative reaction from you. In fact, you went so far as to look up more info. My the things you could do with that energy if you put it to a postive use. My words to you are I only paid $2300 for it. A fine price for the components on it. But let me guess, you are going to tell me that a full Deda carbon (frame maker for Bianchi) frame is junk. Oh my, and mavic SL wheels and least we forget a full set of 7000 series dura ace components all are crap. I am sure the fact that to laundry list of components, which mind you are the best of the best, doesn't matter as it says Cadillac and that must make it crappy. (rides like a dream says 600 miles)
Let me remind you I never got out of joint once in fact I posted the thread just to get the reaction. Look here you are hook line and sinker. Some people are so easy.

Speaking of snobby, just look at how the advertising blurb is written up. Nothing about actually riding and quite abit about 'exclusive' this and 'not mass produced' that. The thing is that every component on that frame is off the shelf and pretty common I get the impression that this bike won't be ridden anywhere near as much as it will be bragged about....

Anyhow, in case you haven't heard the component that matters most on a bike is the engine what sort of weekly milage is that bike's engine good for? what sort of distance can it cover in the one hour TT? how does it go up a 10% climb? that's what really matters.

Motos are based on Kinesis frames (for aluminum frames), and Motobecane is now just a line of bikes made by a parent company (who also makes Bottechia, Windsor, Mercier, etc).
And the Hummer bike is a Montague (good bikes, I just find them really strange looking).

All these brands are owned by BD (BikesDirect.com)

I know, I just wanted to try to avoid having a certain anti-BD troll show up and crap the thread.

The Cadillac bike looks nice! It's interesting to see GM licensing its brands for bikes. I wonder why they're doing that.

Maybe because they make shoddy cars and their sales are in the toilet?

I dig it. At least it is not one of a million, giant, trek, specialized etc branded bikes. I am all for something that is a bit "out of pocket"
And for $2300 it does sound like a lot of bike.
But your fishing/trolling for haters is kind of annoying. What is worse the haters or the ones that feel the need to bring the haters out? Birds of a feather...
