It does look a little high. They do have longer seat posts but how does the bike fit top tube wise? Are you scrunched over and feeling like you are in a ball?
I agree the bike may be too small for you. Is there anyway you can post a pic of you ON the bike with your foot closest to the camera at 6 O'clock? It would help us to see better.
