No model No. that I know of, but the brooks web site used to (presumably still does; I haven't looked lately) show a lot of pictures with ID. www.wallbike.com used to have some, too. There are enough people selling Brooks these days that you might be able to track it down through Google Images.
FWIW--not very much, because I'm not sure--I think my old Raleigh came with a Brooks Pro, which is still made. But I may have it confused with another old bike. Could also be an Ideale, which was a common leather saddle in the '70s, no longer made as far as I know.

3-speeds often came with a B-72, which has distinctive "loop" suspension under it - not coils. Check out the Brooks website. Many of their saddles are still in production and have good pics.

AFAIK there is no model number on the frame, although their is a date code stamped on the frame of older Brooks saddles. This might help you narrow things down.
For the model number look on the sides, or wings, of the saddle. Might be hard to read, but it should be stamped in the leather there. If you can't read it you might try a pencil or charcoal rubbing with a thin piece of paper.
