Yeah I have a Trek 2.1 wsd in 50cm. I am 5'10 but with a 29" inseam. Lots of torso, short arms and legs. Tried on a bunch, everyone kept pushing the 52-54 range but they were just to big for me. This one happens to fit me great. Although to be honest I don't think the frame is any different between the wsd and the regular 2.1. I think it's just saddle and bar width.

I have the exact proportions, and people are always trying to put me on a 54 because of my height. But it wasn't until I tried (and bought) a 52 Domane that I was finally comfortable and didn't have to shorten the stem. (Might actually end up putting in a slightly longer stem, eventually.) the only problem I ran into was at that size the bikes come with bars that are too narrow for me, and shorter cranks.

I'm always fascinated by fit and proportions. It seems like, on road bikes, the most important dimension is top tube length. standover can be an issue, sure, but when I was a teen I rode a Peugeot uo8 that was just a littl too tall for me and got around the crotch-crush issue by always dismounting with the bike tilted, within certain limits, standover should be a non issue.
