New Re-Build
So,
I just bought a Carbonlite 103 for $20 and it needs a bit of work. I don't need to use it as transportation right away, but sooner is better. Everything is in working condition. I do need new wheels and I need a new set of cables, but beyond that where should I start? What alteration/repair would effect the overall performance most? I live in Seattle, so hills are obviously a good part of the terrain (I assume this would effect the answer....)
