'05 Giant Cypress with sprung brooks and cane creek bar ends.
The Novara Randonee is a little bit of a hybrid. Moustash bar instead of the drops. Also, a brooks b-17. It is not a comfort bike except on really smooth ashphalt

It slices, it dices.... it blurs the line between a road bike and a mountain bike....

Gary Fisher calls this a hybrid. I call it the bike that got me back into cycling again after 20 years.
When you talk about "smiles per mile", this baby has delivered.

First thing I did was to replace the stock knobbies with a set of Armadillos

Bikes: pre-1993 Specialized HardRock, has Suntour derailleurs/shifters
Got this bike several years ago from a thrift store. The previous owner added slicks and reflective tape. I recently (about a week ago) added rack, crate, and reflectors. It's in need of some serious cleaning around the drivetrain, though I recently got the chemicals to do this.. But even that won't fix the worn chain/cassette :/

I know this bike was built somewhere between 1989 and 1994, just going by the derailleurs/shifters:

My Raleigh Passage 4.5. Bought it last February. I've added the saddlebags, bottle holder, Road Morph pump, and a $10 Walmart computer. Been a good bike so far. Far smoother and much lighter than my Trek 820.
