Collegiate cycling's question...

What is the "Heisman Trophy" equivalent in USA Cycling-Collegiate/NCCA?

Nothing since collegiate cycling has 1/10^10 less budget than college football.

But, winning nationals is a start. Collegiate national champs rarely go pro, whereas collegiate heisman trophy holders usually do.

Face it, college isn't for pro cyclists.
