What is your "realistic" dream bike?

I already have my dream bike. It's a Worksman Y3K with a fairing, but the fairing doubles as a cargo box.
(designated Type 7)
The Sister bike, which appears in my Avatar, sold for twelve hundred dollars at auction:
(designated Type 9)
I like the Worksman frame better, because it is lengthened and has a full suspension.

I love it! It is very specifically adapted to short distance (<40mi.) rides on semi-decent pavement but for what I use it for it is awesome. Cool enough that people who 'know bikes' have something to look at, but ridiculous looking enough that I don't think its a huge theft target. If I had it to do over, I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I think of it as the Cadillac of utility/commuter/green-way type bikes.

Mine is still in a state of becoming, and it will be a reality someday. It will also be electric...
It will probably more resemble the Schwinn Continental, but perform like that Mantra.

Just getting a basic 'cross bike prety much bankrupted this college student. I have no "affordable" dream bikes.
But...
I'd really like a titanium "monster cross" bike with dirt drops, steel or carbon fork, and clearance for up to 42 tires (or bigger? muwahaha) and disc brakes (BB7 I guess). Basically, kind of a last bike I'd ever need to own. Not that I wouldn't want others, but that would be the one that would be most likely to stay with me forever. Campy loks col, but I'd go shimano 9 speed so I could mix n' match road and mountain drivetrain parts.
Oh and full rack mounts in case I want to tour with it. But I wouldn't want super-lax geometry.

My dream bike would be an 08' Jamis Aurora, exactly as it is, but with all 105 quality parts, NOT the new Aurora Elite, which is a rebadged 07' Nova with cyclocross geometry.
I'd be willing to pay a $200 premium for all 105 componentry.
