Do they make?
Do they make a replacement tire pump for a Raleigh 3 speed. The type that mounts on the frame tube? My bike doesn't have the braze ons for the pump so I would need some kind of add on brackets with it. Any kind of animal like that out there?

They are still out there...I ran a quick search and Zefal still makes the older style frame pump. I realize this isn't exactly what you are looking for...but they are still out there.
