does anybody use Kelley take-offs or Paul Thumbies

Im still in the mental building stage of my cross bike and i think im going to go with kelley take-offs. i was wondering if the bosses on them would accept campagnolo bar ends. I think the boss on take-offs and paul thumbies are the same though i have never actually had the pleasure of checking.
thanks

Actually, an interesting idea. Show us some pics.

I saw those Falcons on ebay myself. Can Shimano thumbies or barcons fit on them? Are they pure friction or the mini ratcheting kind like SunTour? For $10 you can't go wrong. Nice job

I hade my own by combining Ultegra 8 speed bar end shifters with some old Suntour thumb shifter mounts.
