Pictures?

I have looked at a number of threads that say things like, here is a picture of, followed by an explanation. However--- there are no pictures. Could it be that my computer is just not downloading them for some reason?
Thanks, John K.

Joe is in the process of moving the forum to a dedicated server. He made an announcement that the pictures will be missing for a few days. Just hang in there for a few days until he gets everything moved over.

I have also found that if I'm reading the forum without logging in, I don't see most pictures, but once logged in, they come up fine.

I'm talking about the host/web server, trying to decrease outgoing packets.

if i had a site that has members, i would prioritize my members. So i would direct less traffic to non-members -- one way of doing these is to limit viewing of "large" files -- pics.

Well, that's how I see it.
