Well, "how to fall down" depends on how you fall. And it assumes that you have enough time to react and react meaningfully.

Generally, when I have gone down sideways, I have had time to react and I take the fall on something like my upper leg or upper arm rather then something like my hand with all those bones to break.

However, I have done two falls over the handlebars and in those cases it happened too fast to react and I was landing on my head in any event.

Hi guys,

Its really nice to see such a positive feed back from you guys, even for a question like that .

What i notice is most have said you dont have time to react. I dont know whether this is only to me but every time lost control i know i am going to fall down or regain control.

well serious stuff aside i first thought about posting this when i read i thred about how to get girls when riding and most think falling down is the best approch.
