Shrinking Cop in Yehuda Moon
=v= Yesterday's Yehuda Moon Comic is interesting. Any idea why the cop keeps shrinking? Loss of stature? Related to the Wicked Witch of the West? Putting a boot on Yehuda's front tire?

He's shrinking because Yehuda knows the Ohio Revised Code as it pertains to bicycles better than the cop does. Ohio passed a pretty good law regarding bicycles a couple of years ago.
