Replacement Helmet Pads?
You know, those strips of fabric faced foam that line various parts of the helmet for comfort and fit?
Where can one buy them? Or suitable fabric to make replacements? You have to have a helmet where they are accessible for replacement of course, those seem to be getting rarer. I have in the past bought overpriced coolmax pads for the purpose, but can't seem to find anything at the moment.

I have four oval pads about 2" or so left over from my Giro helmet, I can easilly stick in an envelope if you want them. Let me know.

I went through this a couple of months ago. I had an older Bell helmet. The manufacturer didn't make the pads any longer. A local bike shop gave me a bunch of generic pads that will work for now. Probably time for me to buy a new helmet.
