Fantastic LBS
I had to go to Frederick, Maryland today for Christmas shopping. While I was there, I took the opportunity to visit a few bike shops. I found one that is absolutely great. Its called Wheel Base at 229 N Market. I made it know up front I was not buying, just comparison shopping. The owner spent over 30 minutes with me, talking about frames materials, geometry, wheels, and everything cycle related.
Plus the shop is not cluttered, but has lots and lots of stuff!
If you're in the area, stop in.

If Wheel Base were closer, I would spend a lot of time there and would probably spend a lot more money than prudent.
