I've accidentally destroyed my speedometer sensor. It's beyond repair.

I've ordered a cheapo $5 replacement from dealextreme that I might be able to steal the sensor from (or just use the whole unit) but it feels so silly since it's just a tiny reed switch (and dealextreme will take at least 2 weeks to show up).

Does anyone know where I might find something like a $1 replacement switch/wire somewhere? No luck on ebay.

U can buy a reed switch from Radio Shack but it's gonna look like crap since u duct tape the thing.
