Does anyone have a list of the people that will be road racing? I checked the official Beijing site and cant find anything.

The complaint was not against cyclists riding with masks -- the masks were distributed through official lines, and it was known that they would have them -- but rather that a cycling team got off the plane and walked into the airport wearing the masks. They wore the masks when entering the city, in a situation where masks were not needed, as a statement or protest.
