There's probably at least 100 new postings per day on the Boston area craigslist with bikes for sale. Yet every day there's a few people who post ads saying that they're looking to buy a bike. Um... Do you not see the listings on the very page you're posting to?? I could sort of understand if someone was looking for something very specific, but most of the time these ads just say, "I'm looking for a cheap bike to get around the city..."

I don't get it.

Well...people are inherently lazy. Especially someone being so non-descript as to say "Just looking for a cheap bike". They don't want to look through "all those posts" to find what they want. Even if there is a $60 bike below and above them. Heck, they probably want someone to message them and offer a bike for free, even go so far as to deliver it too...

Too lazy to look through all the bikes and too inconsiderate to post in the Wanted category. Flag em.

I usaully laugh when I see adds like that. Especially the ones that are asking for kid haulers and they are right next to one being sold.

Sellers who use all caps is also annoying...

I just use https://www.craigslistchecker.com so I don't have to filter through 100 posts every day,
