Scam return policy! SPEEDGOAT
Returns will be credited for the full price of the items, minus a 15% restocking fee (or your actual shipping price, at our discretion).
This is the return policy for speedgoat, it is totally a scam.
I am returning one item, not all the items from the order. The item amount is less than the shipping total, so they are not going to give me anything back. It would make sense to charge the 15% restocking fee, thats ok.

They should keep 15% of the total cost of that item. Guess that shows what I know about retail sales.

That is the policy, no glitch in it.
I did manage to get the refund and just take out 15%. The item was opened when received, no instructions, etc.

Question for the OP..... it was opened and had no instructions. Why didnt you ask for them to send you instructions?
