After Two Weeks Off (Flu)

Im hopping back on the bike Monday morning. I had severe cold in my chest and still have alot coming up. But the Doctor said that it was OK for me to continue my riding again next week.

steveo... same here.. for me it's just been 1 week.. still have tons of crap coming up as well. but i'm going to try to ride this weekend... can't wait to jump on my sirrus and give it a whirl!!!

just take lots of vitamins and drink lots a hot green tea. green tea helps you flush out the bad stuff in you.

take care,
