Bike For Life

Has anyone read the book, "Bike For Life," by Roy M. Wallack and Bill Katovsky? I've been learning a lot about how health relates to riding bicycles .... There's so much good advice in this book about how to exercise properly, how and what to eat, how to train, and much more ....

It's a wonderful book, especially if you are an older rider or out of shape.

That would be me! Pushing 52 this May, but getting into better shape, slowly but surely ... I've been learning lots of good tips from the book "Bike For Life."
