I was at the Google LHT and Crosscheck Owner's Group and a topic was started on security; including panniers, saddles, components, fenders, racks, etc.

I am not paranoid about it, but a simple inexpensive way to make some of my stuff more secure seems logical to me. I have read about soldering or using an adhesive to secure a BB in the bolt head and this seems like a perfect idea, other than the need to carry a soldering iron or solvent with you for when you need to remove the bolt. Hopefully using that method, you will be at home when you need to remove the bolt.

I have found another way, along the same lines as the BB method. I am thinking of marketing this set up and it would be inexpensive and look as good as the normal bolt without a big glob of crap in the bolt head.

Again, I am not paranoid about my bike's security beyond a good u-lock and cable. Although taking in consideration that I have a rear rack and plan on getting a front rack that will equal 1/5th the cost of my $1,200 bike. I'd like to secure those racks a bit better than just Loc-tite.

With my setup, it could be used for: seat post bolts, rack bolts, fender bolts, stem bolts (not the center adjusting bolt), front derailer bolts, handlebar clamp bolts, anywhere an m4 - m6 size cap head bolt is used.

I know some people don't have much at all security concerns, some are very concerned, and most probably like me are a bit concerned. Please answer my poll above and let me know your thinking with any comments.

I'd like your alls input to see if I should pursue this as a business endeavor as it'll take me a few hundred bones to get this up and started.

I do not want to get too detailed as of yet, but what it generally would come down to is a price of around $4 - $6 for a each diameter of bolt (m4, m5, m6).
