Locating saddle website
I’ve herd a few people on here mention about a saddle website that will let you return a saddle if you don’t like it. But I can’t find those threads.
But any recommendations for good saddles is good. I’m also in need of some handle bars, the old school type, so any recommendations where I could find a set is appreciated as well.
I just got a downtube and the saddle is so painful, when you look at it it looks fine, but I think it’s too narrow.

Hi Ruthy. I don't know what website you're looking for but Terry sells women's bicycles and accessories (like women's saddles).
Handlebars can be ordered at your bike shop. Ask them to show you what's available in their catalogs.

Thanks for those links
The wall bike only seem to sell Brooks. Those really do look like torture devices, despite what people say.
I ended up going to the local bike shop and buying one from there. It does seem quite soft, but hopefully it will be OK for long distances.

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.
Soft is not good for long distances. You may find yourself enjoying the saddle for rides up to 25 miles or so, but after that it will probably hurt.
Not everyone loves Brooks saddles, but trust me, they aren't nearly the torture devices you think they resemble. In fact, they are the most comfortable saddles I have

Two places that will let you return saddles, besides Terry (which has a decent 30 day return policy)
www.performancebike.com - I don't know if they have any set time limit
www.koobi.com - They also have a 30 day return policy
