How to become a cycling coach?
I have been an avid mountain biker for many years. As my 2 kids now are turning as teenagers and just love mountaint biking as myself, I see them have good potentials in biking. I want to be a cycling coach, of course, start coaching my own kids first.
Can anyone suggest me how to start? What book to read/study? Where to take courses?...etc. Thanks a lot!

Contact your local college for the courses needed for coaching certification. There are a whole series of them, and then a number of weeks of practical experience.
I took all the courses, but couldn't find the time for the practicum part for the type of certification I was going for because I was attending University full-time and working part-time at the time.
