cheap wheels?
I dont race but I like things that are durable. I see wheels which are being sold for 50 CAD (40 USD) what is the matter with them? Is there much of a difference from one wheel to another? The only difference I see is quick release vs bolt on.
Is most of the cost in the weight of the wheel?

They are factory built wheels. For the casual rider probably OK. If you ride a lot, tour or race you will probably want to replace your stock factory wheels with custom built wheels.
